JOB OVERVIEW

This role is Executive Assistant to the CEO of an Australian IT company and property company.

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO AN ENGLISH-BASED COMPANY.

Your key capabilities will be:

• Assist the Director to manage workflows and office deadlines for two small companies;
• Review and manage all correspondence;
• Review changes to the website and instruct developers on changes;
• Oversee the management of the developing website and other subsidiary websites;
Checking defects and signing them off.
Maintaining deadlines on projects
• Assist with various areas of the growing IT business;
• Book travel arrangements and manage diary;
• Write and manage correspondence;
• Prepare documentation and agendas for Board Meetings and write meeting minutes; (sit in the meetings virtually to take minutes)
• Answer and direct general phone calls ;
• Other administrative duties as required



Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:
•Experience in performing administrative support activities in an office environment
•Experience providing executive support to a senior manager.
•High level skills using Microsoft Office.
•Experience in planning and keeping to deadlines.
- Have good IT knowledge in terms of reviewing defects / logging defects (the program is not important) and understanding IT.


You must also have experience in:
