Hi I'm Charles Curry from Upgrade to see actual info. I’m looking for a very detail oriented person to join my team. I'm looking for someone that has prior experience working from home as their full time job, this is a position that requires someone who is disiplined and can manage themselves working from home.

You must have excellent English speaking skills because you will be talking with our customers, who are based in the United States, over the phone.

I run an educational company teaching people how to sell on Upgrade to see actual info. My website is Upgrade to see actual info and my Etsy shop is Upgrade to see actual info.

We are based out of the US and currently have several long time team members from the Philippines working with us right now, we have a lot of experience working with people from the Philippines.

If you become one of our team members your job responsibilities would be the following.
=> Responding to customer service emails
=> Answering customer service phone calls (Must have good speaking English)
=> Handling customer accounts, passwords, emails, turning subscriptions off, changing membership access, etc.
=> Responding to Facebook comments

Requirements
=> Prior Phone, Email, and Live Chat support experience. You will be handling a large number of tickets and need to be well experienced with a large workload.
=> Experience using Google Suite. E.g Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
=> Must have a ***EXCELLENT*** written and spoken English.
=> Stable, high speed Internet Connection.
=> A peaceful, clean and quiet working environment.
=> Your own Laptop/Desktop w/ a headset microphone.
=> Willingness to learn and listen.
=> Must be reliable and show up for your shift on time
*If you have references from past employers it would be preferred but not required*

JOB DETAILS:
200 PHP Hourly – Paid Weekly
This equates to 38,000 PHP (per month)

Your working hours (You must be able to work the graveyard shift)
We have two shift times available
Monday - Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
Tuesday – Saturday | 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time



You have 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a (not paid) 1-hour lunch break.

We will train you how to complete these tasks and provide you with templates and scripts to handle customers requests. You will work with our Support Manager Rose Sevilla and be able to ask her questions so that you can do your job welll.
