Graphic Designer Needed for Aerial Yoga Business

My wife and I run a small business called "Aerial Yoga Life" where we share content and fitness videos on how to perform aerial yoga from home! We are looking for a part-time graphic designer (20hrs per week) to assist with our growing business.

Here are some design tasks we require on a weekly basis
• Design YouTube thumbnails - we will provide photos for these. They will just need editing, adding text, and a bit of creative flair to stand out on YouTube!
• Design Instagram image posts, stories. You will have access to a vast library of Aerial Yoga photos, and we will take new ones for specific projects. Your main task will be to apply basic adjustments to the photos, apply a Lightroom filter, and then perhaps add text, a logo, or some other branding to stylize the graphic.

Here are some of the one-off designs we require
• Design engaging graphics from Testimonials
• Design video thumbnails for course videos
• Research & design YouTube banner to match another branding
• Research overall design and look for social media, website, blogs, etc
• Design pamphlets for physical products
• Design ebooks as lead magnets

The required start time for work would be between 8 am-8:30 am Philippines time, to enable a few hours cross-over with US Central timezone. While currently a part-time position, there is the opportunity for this role to become fulltime after 2-3 months.

We are looking for someone with the following skills
• Creative designer who keeps up with current design trends always looks for inspiration and trying new designs!
• Shows initiative, and shares ideas and any improvements that can be made
• Well organized
• Collaborative, able to take on constructive feedback and apply that into revisions

While not required, if you enjoy yoga or aerial yoga then that's a bonus too! ???? ????
