HR Manager

We are a mental healthcare company, with a bright business outlook, that is looking to hire a Human Resource (HR) Upgrade to see actual infondidates must possess the following qualifications to apply.
• Must have at least 2-3 years work- experience in the HR areas, as follows:
1. Recruitment
2. Compensation and benefits administration
3. Training and personnel development
4. Employee relations including labor productivity development
5. Employee satisfaction, retention, and superior workforce development
6. Administration of employee safety, welfare/wellness, and health
7. Customer Service
8. Transactional accounting
9. Office Administration

• Must be a diploma graduate/bachelor’s degree graduate
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities; experience with voice calls (both outgoing and incoming) is a plus
• Must be confident, articulate, and have professional speaking skills
• Must possess a pleasing personality
• Must be willing to work full- time simultaneous to US (EST) working hours
