Part time real estate sales person

We are looking for someone who can make cold calls to property owners and determine who might be interested in selling or leasing their property. Leads would be input into a Customer Relationship Management system. There would be consistent communication with us as to progress/questions as you progress through the job. MojoSells will be used for cold calling and REISimple is the CRM system. Experience with these is helpful but not required. Experience in sales for real estate investors is required. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Job is for a part time position of 10-15 hours a Upgrade to see actual infolls would be made either in early morning or late afternoon - US time zones.
