Social Media Manager & Content Creator

The Boss Babe Fitness Academy is an online holistic health coaching company. We help women all over the U.S. tone and lose weight by eating and exercising for HER body type and putting the fun in fitness. We are all about women’s empowerment, education and sustainability! We need YOU to help us scale and grow by working with us as our social media manager and content creator.

Role:
The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will effectively and efficiently manage both Facebook and Instagram by managing post engagement from followers. You will be efficient at creating content that speaks to my ideal clients pains and pleasures. You are a person who is detail-oriented, a go-getter who enjoys taking MASSIVE action and making a positive impact in other people’s lives.

Responsibilities:
Communicating back and forth with potential clients via social media platforms
Efficient with Canva, Active Campaign, Google Sheets, Facebook, Instagram and Facebook Groups
Engage with audience on both Instagram and Facebook
Can use Canva or other graphic design tools to create infographics and other pretty graphics for social media, lead magnets and PDFs
Refer leads who do not want to schedule a call to the current lead magnet/ Free FB community
Managing free FB community this includes: welcoming new members, engaging in the group (liking and commenting on members post) and creating content for the free group

Email marketing - drafting emails for our email community

Results:
Creating content that speaks to my ideal clients pain and pleasures for both free FB group and email marketing
Using organization and attention to detail to manage free Facebook group
Able to analyze content and identify which posts are most successful and WHY
Using Google sheets to track email campaign success and social media post success

Requirements:
Available 12.5 hours, preferably: 5 days a week, 2.5 hrs/day, 1.5 hours in the morning, 1 hours in the afternoon/evening
You are efficient with Facebook and Instagram (if you have Linked In experience that’s a bonus), excellent at communication skills, and excellent at building rapport
You are efficient with Canva, Facebook groups, Facebook, Instagram, Google Sheets and Active Campaign
Attend staff meetings via Zoom video chat and actively participate
Provide insightful and valuable feedback on lead gen, lead quality, lead nurture, etc. to help dial in lead generation strategies
You are punctual, self-sufficient, and able to properly manage your own time
You’re someone positive, self-motivated, and READY to grow with me
You're passionate about wanting to change peoples lives for the better, and would enjoy it even more by working from home everyday.
You are detail-oriented, a go-getter who enjoys taking MASSIVE action. You don't like to sit around and waste time, you'd rather be doing something, making an impact, being productive
You're comfortable working in a startup business that is rapidly progressing and changing every day
