Amazon VA

We are High Stream Gear and we are looking for someone to join our growing team.

We are looking for an Amazon VA who will be responsible for the following:

1.) Dealing with our brand's online operations and customer support.
2.) Answering customers email/messages
3.) Opening shipments in Amazon seller central
4.) Communicating with suppliers
5.) Communicating with freight forwarders
6.) Data entry
7.) Keeping track of inventory outside Amazon
8.) Performing Amazon listing's checks
9.) Analyze, execute, and optimize a keyword research strategy that identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic.
10.) Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
11.) Manage listings on Seller Central account daily.

We are looking for the below:
1.) Amazon VA for 2 years or more
2.) Very high level in English, written and oral
3.) ORGANIZED - VERY IMPORTANT!
4.) Ability to learn fast and find answers Independently
5.) Knowledge and experience with Google drive/sheets/docs, internet research
6.) With Product Listing and Product Research Experience
7.) Diligence and attention to detail
8.) Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action
9.) Positive attitude, willing to learn, ambitious and grow with us
10.) MUST be able to manage all customer service Amazon account performance metrics (response time, tracking numbers, orders status, etc.
11.) MUST be able to repeal and prevent issues like customer complaints, negative feedback, etc.

This is a part time job you will work 3 hours a day + 1 hour on Saturdays and Sundays
3-4 usd/hour depending on experience and skill
