JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support for local eCom brand:

We are a growing ecommerce brand in the Philippines.
We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and social media channels.
This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

Your tasks will be:
Answering questions via Email (Freshdesk) and Facebook (Messenger).
Replying to (potential) customer comments on social media. Additional bonuses when you convert customer messages into sales.

Bonuses:
You’ll be given a chance to convert customers into buyers. We’ll provide training and script, etc. Additional bonuses when you make sales.

Requirements:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in English and Filipino
- Freshdesk (email) optional
- Shopify optional
- Trello (Project management)
- Slack (communication)
