The Credit Pros is looking for a Technical Recruiter!
Our ideal candidate is passionate, hard-worker, proactive, reliable and who wants to find the best talent in the finance industry. This person should have the willingness to be trained and should be open to constructive criticism.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year working from home
Exceptional verbal and written English skills
MUST have in-depth knowledge of technical specifications and recruiting for technical jobs
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in active recruitment
Must have own tools and database in bringing in, candidates
International recruitment is a PLUS!!!
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential applicants
Resume screening & active reach out to all TCP hiring platforms
Facilitate and approve all tech checks for all roles
Assist in conducting 1st phone screenings
Clerical duties (answering
Handle records and paperwork
Managing documents in the HR dept
Suggest ideas for department improvement
Important:
This is a full-time and permanent position (40 hours/week)
This position offers at least $2.50-$3/hr depending on your resume and experience
Schedule --- Monday through Friday – 10 am – 7 pm EST
