We are currently looking to hire a Sales Process Administrator! This position is full time and permanent. Must work EST hours. The person for this role must manage our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). They must be able to read a process and do it or if the process requires a manager or a specific agent, delegate that task to someone else. The responsibility of the Process Admin is to make sure the task GETS DONE, whether that means they do it or someone else does it. If someone else does it, the Process Admin must make sure it got done! Must be able to work independently and as a team. This person will be working closely with the Sales Managers and other Process Admins.

This position will have oversight in the beginning but must commit to doing it autonomously after some time.

Preferred Experience: Sales Experience! Working with Salesforce, Zendesk, at least 2 years working with an American company.

Required Experience: Can work with little supervision, makes sure things get done! Must be reliable and quick to reply to chats.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate and create process recommendations and implementation.

- PC Processor: Intel i3 / i5 / i7 (2.0GHz & up) or AMD Ryzen 3 / Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 (2.0GHz & up)
- PC Memory: 8GB & up
- Hard Drive: 500GB & up
- Hard Wire/Cable/Ethernet Connection
- Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more
than 15mbps - DL and UP speed must be at least symmetrical)
