JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing UK-based technology company. We are seeking for a dedicated and approachable Junior HR Assistant to join our growing team and to be the primary contact for employees by handling their inquiries related to human resources in general and across domains of payroll, benefits, HR policies, HR systems and more. College graduates with outstanding academic background are also welcome to apply.

This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working with people and if you love the opportunity to make their working lives better. The position requires processing of basic HR and benefits transactions and supports the auditing of information. Training will be provided to the chosen candidate.

Our minimum requirements are:

Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask
Must have a PC/Laptop as this is a home based job
Must have a stable internet connection and reliable backup connection

Our ideal candidate has:

Academic background in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent
Experience in HR Records Management, Employment Law Compliance, Employee Benefits, Handling Grievances, Disciplinary Action and Dismissal
The ability to provide good customer service to all employees by promptly responding to their inquiries
Experience in coordinating with managers and individual employees
Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and best practices is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team environment
A sense of cooperation and teamwork
Patience and calmness in difficult situations
The competency to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence in gathering facts and statistics
Ability to meet deadlines
Availability to work in UK working hours.
