Virtual Account / Book Keeper For E-Commerce Platforms

EXQUIZITE is one of the fastest growing E-Commerce Brands on AMAZON US, Asia, UK EU.
EXQUIZITE Asia is looking for a Part time / Hourly Basis - Virtual Accountant/ Bookkeeper to support its growing business.

Responsibilities
• Work with Regional VP (Sales & Marketing) to map monthly Sales, Cost of Sales into account statements.
• Extract Sales / Invoicing/ Tax / VAT information from access assigned E-Commerce Platforms
• Establish Monthly accounting & booking keeping Statements in assigned format
• Submit Monthly P&L statement considering various region’s Sales, Cost of Sales , Overheads, Taxes etc before 5th of the month.
• Maintain high level of Integrity, Confidentiality and Compliance in line with EXQUIZITE rules and regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets
• First Class Bachelor’s Accounting Degree or equivalent from a reputed University
• At least 2-3 years of demonstrated VA Accounting experience on reputed E-Commerce platforms e.g. Amazon, Lazada etc.
• Sales + Accounting experience will be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work across different time zones as necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Upgrade to see actual infoerested Candidates, may please apply with detailed resume and hourly rate expectations.
