We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Support Assistant to be responsible for answering all incoming calls and supporting the Operations Team with all clerical tasks. The successful applicant will be result-oriented, organized, and motivated to achieve and surpass daily work-related goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple
Answers incoming calls
Draft
Handle
Handle support inquiries
Schedule appointments through Google Calendar
Assist Sales Team in CRM Management - logs, collect and update client information in the CRM database
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Associate, Admin, or similar will be an advantage.
- Experience in Zoho CRM is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details
- Organized and results-oriented.
