PART-TIME LEAD GENERATION REP

***Training will be given***

Part-time
$5/hr + $2.50 bonus per appointment

MUST HAVE ***Excellent Written & Spoken English is required***

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is intelligent, dependable and talented at outreach. We need someone who can generate at least 3 qualified/warm leads per day. You will be doing outreach to commercial property management companies, among others. You will receive these leads from your direct supervisor.

You must be able to work 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PDT (12:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Manilla time).

TASKS:

- Calling via VOIP manual dialer
- Must dial a minimum of 300 leads per day
- Reading a script to set an Appointment
- Data entry (CRM experience a plus)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of telemarketing experience - YOUR LAST 6 MONTHS MUST BE GRAVEYARD EXPERIENCE
- Excellent oral and written English
- Skilled in time management
- Self-motivated, independent and driven to hit high lead generation goals
- Must have fast internet connection (reliable) and a sound cancelling headset
- Must be available during our working hours
