JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We are looking to hire a part-time admin Virtual Assistant to help our team on administrative tasks, creating/managing systems, supporting our social medial efforts, and helping our business grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role
Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience with Google Suite and Google management tools
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Pages, Excel, Numbers, etc.)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures and build documentation for our systems
Create new systems to improve the functionality of our team
General admin and organizational tasks
Writing communications, i.e., newsletters, emails, social media posts
Organizing social media, Facebook groups, Instagram updates, Pinterest pins, etc.
Help to manage customer/client relationships and communication
10-20 hours per week, (more available as we understand your abilities)

Pay weekly
Bonuses are given to those who go above and beyond, adding success to the entire team
Increases based on performance and team success
