Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled full stack PHP developer to work with our team.

We are a software company, specializing in solutions for businesses that manage bookings and classes in the sports and leisure industries. We have been successfully operating for the past 11 years and are now seeking a committed, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our development team.

The role involves helping maintain and bug-fix our current Xero and QuickBooks integration whilst re-building it with a more maintainable code structure. The role is expected to last 2 months, possibly Upgrade to see actual infosential skills:
- PHP, JavaScript, Angular and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Experience with Xero & QuickBooks integration.
- High personal code/development standards.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with working in an Agile environment.
- Ability and interest in learning new technologies.
- Great attention to detail.

Key tasks:
- Design, write, test and maintain code and documentation.
- Develop our existing code base using Angular 2+/SASS/LESS, PHP (Lumen/Laravel), and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Suggest, design and implement upgrades when appropriate.
- Liaise with office management, technical and support staff on a regular basis.
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance as required.

The candidate will work remotely and be liaising with staff in Melbourne, Australia so will be required to work within Australian standard eastern time. The job will require the candidate to work 40hrs/week.
