JOB OVERVIEW

THE INTENTION OF THIS ROLE

To make the day-to-day operations of my business feel grounded, supported and organised.
You would be responsible for admin / PA, calendar management, event support, and creating a seamless, positive experience for my clients.


WHO I’D LOVE
• Someone that can take care of the detail
• Someone I feel I can instantly connect with and trust
• Naturally super organised (looooves a colour-coded google calendar)
• Can confidently trouble shoot digital issues (contact squarespace support etc)
• Confident with online software e.g Acuity, Squarespace, Google mail with previous CRM experience especially welcome (training available for the gaps)


WHAT THEY’LL DO

Admin support
• Maintaining data in CRM
• Creating and sending EDM campaigns
• Creating online surveys
• Updating squarespace and acuity with monthly event information
• 1:1 clients calendar management
• Putting audio recordings onto Garageband and sending to clients

PA support
• Inbox and calendar management
• Organising travel
• General life admin i.e. booking personal appointments, kids appointments, buying presents, getting quotes

Event management
• Organising venues, catering and logistics for events (IRL & virtual)
• Managing event attendees queries

Community experience
• Assisting customers with queries, digital product follow ups
• Providing support to online program participants


HOW THE ROLE WORKS

This role would begin in November 2020 at 2hrs per day, 5 days per week. Ideally the hour would be in the AM to ensure 1:1 clients from the previous day have everything they need.

The role may scale up to 3-4hrs a day during large scale projects and further into late Q1 2021.
