T-Shirt Designer / Illustrator

You are an ambitious, experienced T-Shirt Designer / Illustrator looking for a long term partnership with great opportunities and open communication? Then join our team, starting as soon as possible.


What are we offering you?

We are currently ramping up business so you will be employed part time (approx. 20 designs a week) until we have enough capacities. Full time employment may be available as soon as Q1 2021.


What skills are we looking for?

- Create ORIGINAL, HAND DRAWN creative T-Shirt designs. Applicants with no Illustration or hand drawn samples in their portfolio will not be accepted

- Strong typography, text-based design skills are an absolute must. You have to have a good feeling for fonts

- Reliability! We need new designs consistently and good work ethics. That means meeting design deadlines and effective and honest communication

- Ability to create up to 20-30 original designs per week

- Fluent English

- Stable Internet connection, organised and reliable


What will be your task?

I will send you a list of ideas for t-shirts that I would like created and I would like you to be artistic and creative to (re-)create the idea in your own style. For example, I may send you a link or image and I would like your unique spin on the idea to create a more visually appealing design, without copying the original one! It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create the illustrations yourself and do not copy any graphics from other sources or violate any trademarks or copyrights!

If you are interested and meet the criteria above, please write me a message, telling me a little bit about yourself, your experience designing t-shirts, how many designs you are able to produce a week / how many hours you are able to work and how much you are expecting to be paid per hour / design. Please also provide relevant illustrations, artwork and t-shirt designs previously designed by you. After that I will send you some t-shirt ideas and ask you to create some first designs.
