Klaviyo Specialist

Glass Elephant is growing! We are looking to hire a full-time Klaviyo specialist. A real firestarter and growth hacker to take our marketing to the next level!

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and monitoring awesome email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo that drive not just visitors but buying customers to a client's website and shop.

You will make sure that campaigns are effective through close monitoring and analysis and are expected to deliver reports that drive improvements to campaigns.

You will take performance marketing beyond customer acquisition to foster deeper customer engagement and retention.

We need a team player that is also comfortable trying out new things. You can take ideas from conceptualization to execution. You organize your tasks and are able to report back on progress without being prompted. You are detail-oriented that can adhere to strict deadlines. Most importantly, you are data-driven.


Requirements:
- An internet connection that can reliably handle video conferencing
- Looking for a long-term position with growth potential

- Eagerness to solve problems and figure out new solutions

Necessary Skills:
- Great written US or UK English (8.5/10+)
- Good spoken English (7/10+)
- Great communication skills
- Proven ability to follow a process

Working Hours:
Start time 10.00am NZ time until 2.00pm NZ time.


Total: 40 hours per week
