Project Manager for Digital Agency
We are growing and we’re looking for someone with a passion for the digital marketing world. The ideal candidate will be working on all parts of the project management process, from scoping projects and day to day communication with team members, to strategy and making sure implementation is done correctly. You'll need to have a keen eye for the big picture and the fine details. The ideal candidate will work with our internal teams to make sure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
Plan and Lead Projects
Scheduling
Managing Team Members
Manage Teams Deliverables
Responsible for the update of project management tools
Creation & Implementation of internal processes & SOPs
Provide clear instructions and feedback to team members

Experience, technical skills, and key competencies
Must have 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web Design or SEO
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects in a Digital Marketing capacity (Required)
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take pertinent notes from meetings and create required tasks
Must have strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to identify and create needed SOPs and processes, and implement with team
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana (An asset)
Prior experience working with a project management tool to build projects and assigning tasks
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, etc.
Keen attention to detail on all project deliverables

Asana mastery
Knowledge of Wordpress & development workflow
