JOB OVERVIEW

We are an IT company that provided IT Support and Services remotely. The position you will be applying for is to IT Customer Service Support \ Supervisor where you help manage, assist and monitor 4 techs on the following:

- Projects are meeting milestone, completed correctly and in a timely matter
- help desk phone calls, ticketing system and SMS
- Help find ways to improve\motivate team technical skills
- Creation, maintenance, and cleanup of Documentation
- Recommend and implement (after it has been approved) SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) that will help improve how team functions.
- R&D (Research and Development) of new technology
- In charge of performance review, attendance, and discipline for all techs
- Manage weekly meeting with team
- Abilities to communicate clearly when participating in daily meeting with customers
- Including, other Supervisor responsibilities

Here are some of the work from home requirements:

- Quite working area
- Stable Computer with dual monitor
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Working headset, mic and mobile smartphone connected to wifi
- Hours Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5pm US/Central Time Zone
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English by speaking, chatting and writing
- Have computer\software technical background and experience
- Have Supervisor background and experience
