Real Estate Appointment Setter

We are looking for a rockstar Lead Generation Specialist that will join our team! Majority of the time will be spent doing outbound calls to prospect property sellers in the US

The ideal candidate must display the following skills:

• Quickly build rapport over the phone with a friendly and disarming conversational voice
• Display confidence in our company and process, being able to project that confidence over the phone
• Wants to know as much as possible about the situation, to put us in the best position to acquire the property
• Doesn't give up! Making every lead counts
• Self-motivated and has a burning desire to succeed

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• MUST have a real estate cold calling experience
• USB noise-canceling controlled headset
• A quiet workplace with no distraction
• Excellent command in the English Language both oral and written

The Ideal Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (US CST) and can commit 100% of their time during office hours

Compensation:
the rate will be $3/hr + incentives based on performance
4 hours/day, Sunday & Monday off, nonflexible hours (hours will increase to 6 or full time depending on performance)
