Once again, we just opened up another position (all others are filled) for a rockstar real estate cold caller. This position requires you to make calls for three hours per day, 4 days a week to start. You will be contacting property owners to find out if they are interested in selling and if so, how quickly. You will collect basic information from owners and Identify them as either hot, warm or cold leads and schedule them for follow-up. A script will be
Requirements for this position:
- You must be HUNGRY enough to get paid.
- Extensive willingness to learn for free - trust me, you will learn great skills!
- You must be a team player.
- Willingness to "go the extra mile" to meet quota.
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
- The ability to take ownership of a lead.
- At least one year working in the residential real estate industry.
- The ability to sound "natural" in a scripted conversation.
- At least one year of proven sales experience -- you will demonstrate this in your interview to our satisfaction.
- At least one year of proven cold-calling experience with the ability to improvise if necessary (go off script). You will demonstrate this in your interview.
- At least one year of interviewing experience.
- At least one year of experience working with a rapid dialer. (Mojo is preferred but not necessary).
- At least one year of experience appointment setting in a CRM (Mojo is preferred).
- A stable, wired internet connection with a speed of at least 5 Mbps -- you will demonstrate this in your interview to our satisfaction.
- A noise-canceling headset
- A quiet home office
- You must be coachable, energetic, hardworking, and reliable
- Punctuality is critical.
Preferred experience but not required:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Skip tracing.
- Closing skills.
Base Incentive:
