React NATIVE Developer to redesign two mobile apps

Our company has been contracted to build two mobile apps in the next 2 months.

The 1st app is a construction management app for an Arizona cabinet install company. The stack is Mongo, Express, React, and Node for the admin web app, but we also need to build a mobile app for the crew members doing the Upgrade to see actual info will need to use mobile Location Services and and some other mobile features. Crew members will use it to report their daily work and hours completed in moving and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We need to know whether we should build the mobile app as a React web app first, and then migrate to mobile, or build it in mobile in React Native from the start. The Figma UX mockup on this one is not complete.

The 2nd app is a cash back rewards app for another startup in the US. The stack is AWS, Postgres, React. There was a previous mobile app version that we are replacing Upgrade to see actual info basically shows categories of different merchants (like fashion or sports good or restaurants, etc) that the user can choose to buy from online, and some cash back on their purchase will go to pay off their debts or help them invest some money. The app will keep track of which offers the user has claimed and been paid back on. The Figma UX mockup on this one is 100% complete.
