JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing company in need of new team members to help out with this role. If you’re a smart and hard working team player with exceptional English language skills and computer savvy, we’re looking for you! No prior experience is required, but there will be plenty of opportunities to apply the skills you already have while challenging yourself and learning new things. Pay is very competitive and based on level of English language ability, skills, and experience. We pay weekly via PayPal.

Responsibilities & Duties
--Coordinate communications, including taking video conference, responding to emails and interfacing with customers
--Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
--Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
--Arrange corporate events
--Online research and data collection using spreadsheets
--Reporting and analysis
--Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
--Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
--Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
--Creative work with writing and media
--A number of other administrative tasks and projects

Qualifications and Skills
--Minimum of 1+ years of work experience or exceptional academic background
--Graduated from a top university
--Document and spreadsheet skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
--Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
--Strong organizational, project, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
--Exceptional interpersonal skills
--Friendly and professional demeanor
--Reliable and task-oriented
