Full-time science writer / virtual assistant for educational company

Cell Kulture Co. is a science shop dedicated to improving science literacy by providing English educational material that is easy to understand for ages 15 and up.

We are currently seeking a full-time science writer / assistant to help us change the world, one article at a time!

Responsibilities:
- Write original blog posts on a wide variety of scientific topics (1,000 - 2,000 words each)
- Format blog posts
- Schedule blog and social media posts
- Optimize and manage company Pinterest and Reddit accounts
- Conduct research on current trends, influencers, and businesses in our niche
- Transcribe blog posts from audio/video recordings
- Communicate with customers
- Create educational quizzes, worksheets, and other material

Our ideal applicant...
- never plagiarizes
- is comfortable writing in English
- can read & understand peer-reviewed scientific research papers/textbooks in English
- is a student or has a degree in Biology or Chemistry
- can summarize complex scientific topics in a way that is easy to understand for teenagers
- is available for full-time and dedicated employment with our company

Even better if you have teaching, graphic design, or website management experience!

Salary: up to $370 USD/mo. -- depending on skills and experience
