Executive VA for Real Estate

I am currently seeking an Executive Assistant for Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage. I am looking for someone who has the following:

Has great communication skills
Is a people person
Enjoys working on teams
Is a creative thinker and is able to come up with multiple solutions to a problem
Is not afraid to be wrong and actually understands that the journey to the correct answer involves being wrong a lot
Someone who has mathematical skills
Someone who can handle responding to questions about rental units and property sales
Someone who knows how to read a contract and understand what it means

Here is a little about me and our company. I am currently in my third year as a real estate broker and in my first year as a Portfolio Facilitator with Uptown Properties. Aside from these two careers, I also am an active real estate investor that is building a rental portfolio with my wife. At this point, I need help completing all the tasks that I am responsible for. I am hoping that you are that person that is available to help me complete the tasks that I need to get done. I foresee your tasks to include (but not limited to):

Able to work our hours M-F 8AM to 430PM Monday to Friday PST - available when I work
Responding to emails
Responding to phone calls
Setting appointments and managing my calendar
Setting up contracts for signature
Organizing business documents/contracts
Upload new clients into our management system
Transaction Coordination
Contacting investors
Marketing
Research
Managing my social media and events
