Responsibilities will include:
• Preparation of job descriptions for advertisement;
• Identifying, contacting and sourcing for interview/recruitment top quality candidates via social media or otherwise;
• Maintaining a data base of potential recruits, which you will constantly update to ensure currency;
• Shortlisting suitable candidates for interview;
• Liaising with candidates/team to organise interviews;
• Preparing letters of offer/contracts of employment in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements;
• Facilitating the mobilisation process for new employees, ensuring that they are well informed and fully prepared for their first day in their new role;
• Re-formatting resumes into company specific template;
• Preparation of service proposals for issue to clients.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Enthusiastic and energetic;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English);
• Superb attention to detail;
• Proficient in the use of MS Office;
• Degree educated (Desirable but not essential);
• Willing to learn;
• Experience working in the construction industry for a consultancy or construction company;
• Experience working in recruitment in Australia or New Zealand.
