Recruitment Manager Job Description:
Experience required:
Written English - needs to be fluent
Spoken English - needs to be fluent
No recruitment experience necessary, as full training is offered
Some office/administration work experience ideal, not necessary
HARD working individual who has NO attitude with the exception of: 'CAN DO'
Has the ability to absorb information quickly.
Consistent, punctual & dependable
Reports to: Recruitment Manager & Director
Utilise jobs-boards to identify potential candidates for employment by means of:
(Daily) Entering of candidates into recruitment CRM (BreezyHR)
(Daily) Sending each application a qualifying questionnaire
(Daily) Reviewing of each questionnaire received back
Replying to inbound
Upon qualification calling each candidate's suitability - further qualify by means of a telephone interview.
(Weekly) Drawing up a candidate list and forwarding to senior management for further interview/discussion
Upon successful recruitment of a candidate - entering all information into further systems in readiness to commence work.
Collection of all relevant 'employment' documentation/identification required by company policy
Payment $3 per hour
No of hours per week 10
