Social Media Advertiser

As a Social Media Ads Manager, you will be a social advertising wizard. You'll apply your creative flair as part of the social team in producing meaningful content and implementing paid social strategies to benefit our client’s ROI objectives and campaigns in a meaningful way.

What will your day look like?

· Social content generation and production for on-page posts.
· Advertising Campaign setup including copywriting and graphic design
· Working with Account Managers to address client requirements, results and concerns
· Paid campaign conceptualisation and implementation to meet core business objectives.
· Regular analysis and reporting on results, social media metrics and ads performance.

We would love you to have:

· 1-2 years social media marketing experience
· Experience using Facebook Ads Manager (if you haven't used Ads Manager in a previous position, you need not apply)
· Established organisation skills that are adaptable to a new work environment. Must be fast, accurate, organised and possess an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail and a professional demeanour.
· Experience producing content for social campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
· Strong copywriting skills and strong concept ability
· Extensive experience in split testing and optimisation.
· An ability to think outside the box and execute ideas quickly
· Initiative, be proactive and be a team player

Added bonus criteria;

· Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop would be very helpful
· Experience using ClickFunnels to setup lead / sales funnels.
· Experience using Zapier to automate lead transfer to client.
· Paid social campaign implementation
· Track record of successful work with high profile clients

We will require you to work full time, according to Australian business hours (7am-3pm in the Philippines).

This is a role for a kick ass marketing expert. The role will be fairly autonomous and self managed, but will also be high pressure as mistakes or deviations from the given processes won't be accepted.

Finally, any additional Marketing Skills will be viewed favourably, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Blog Writing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Website Building etc.
