JOB OVERVIEW

You must be energetic, friendly, and show up. You will gather information by being a good listener and asking good questions, handling rebuttals by following the script. You will not be setting appointments or making any sales but instead passing on information collected to our acquisition team.

Must be fluent in English.

Main tasks (all training will be provided):
1. Make outbound cold calls using a dialer system we provide.
2. Have quality conversations with homeowners based on a script we provide who are interested in selling their house and collect their information.

Must have:
1. At least one year CC or Customer Service experience
2. Must meet our core values
