Senior Product Page Copywriter

As the senior product page copywriter, you must have a few sets of skills that are absolutely mandatory in order for you to excel in this position. These sets of skills are listed below:

1.Excellent written and verbal English skills (This skill is one of the most important skills as you will have to check the spelling and grammar of each product page to make sure there are no errors.

2. Marketing (This skill is important because you need to be able to understand how to market the products in your copywriting)

3. Copywriting (This is is needed and important for obvious reasons as you will be writing the copy for our product pages)

Aside from these skills, you must be proficient with the Shopify platform as all our products will be listed on Shopify.

Our product page listers are instructed to create product pages on Shopify using either competitor product pages or aliexpress as a reference.

They do an excellent job for what they are capable of doing but we need the pages to be more compelling. This is where you would come in, we need you to edit their pages and make them better.

How to make them better? EXCELLENT COPYWRITING!

You need to be able to understand the selling points of the products and write copy that will resonate with the viewer. When they are going through the product page they have to feel like the copy is speaking to THEM! This will make the customer feel like they NEED the product.

The examples I provided are for one product page stores which we are not, we are a general dropshipping store so of course, we will not have to put this much work for each product page we create BUT the importance of those references is for you to understand the level of copywriter we are looking for.
