Queen of Ops is looking for an organized and adaptable digital professional to jump into this dynamic work environment as a Virtual Assistant. As our business expands to serve the ever-growing digital marketing world, we are looking for a team member to support across all functions of the business to ease process enablement.
As a proactive contributor to the team, no two days will be the same. You’ll be responsible for managing your time as you navigate through a combination of regular daily and weekly tasks, and as you work from a list of assignments from various team

Responsibilities:
- Team: Work closely with the CEO to set daily tasks and delegate responsibilities. Attend team meetings as-needed.
- Administrative: Manage the CEO’s inboxes, messages and calendars to ensure deadlines are met, clients and team members are tended to, and time is blocked off for the work she needs to complete.
- Marketing: Schedule social media posts and repurpose content across marketing platforms
- Systems: Set up and maintain our business systems (CRM, Project Management, etc.)
Must Have:
- Extremely proactive attitude with an ability to find workarounds when there are roadblocks
- Systems-minded, with an ability to improve things as you go
- Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
- Willingness to take ownership of mistakes and apply them as lessons for the future without living in the past
- Tech-savviness with a general understanding of Project Management software (we use Trello), Google Drive and Google Suite, and social media platforms and scheduling
