Part-time Expert Video Editor for Instagram Video Ads - E-commerce Agency - Weekly Pay + Bonuses

We are looking for a talented and ambitious video editor that understands how to create video ads for Facebook & Instagram for e-commerce brands.

We expect you to be able to brainstorm, pitch creative ideas and develop creative strategies.

This is a part-time job (around 20 hours per week) that will grow into a full-time role.

We are a young Paid Social performance marketing agency based in the UK and we work across a wide range of industries (incl. beauty, health & wellness, accessories, outdoor products…)

If you join us, you will be required to be proactive, super creative & results-driven.


What you’ll do:

- You will be jumping on a call multiple times a week with the CEO or account manager to brainstorm and participate in the ideation phase of new video ads for different brands

- Create videos or slide shows that demonstrate the product in action with a logical sequence that shows the product's standout features by editing, cropping existing footage or images

- Finding new and creative ways to tell the same story by using different video and testimonial footage

- Important: Come up with fresh new creative ideas and angles

- Evaluate and iterate on creatives based on performance data.

- Being able to write captions that keep viewers engaged

- Have the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple video editing projects at Upgrade to see actual infoe time effectively and efficiently.

- Develop visual styles that fit and elevate a brand’s core messaging

- Research and understand the brands that we work with (Also spy on competitors video creatives)

What we expect:

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere & After Effect - 3+ years of experience in video editing, voice-over editing, and design

- Experience in creating motion graphics would be a huge plus

- Experience in social media marketing, TV advertising, TV promo would be a plus

- Be comfortable designing animated graphics (gifs) would be a plus

- Have a great understanding of all social media platforms (Stay up to date on current trends etc..)

- Be Fluent in English

- Good writing skills

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Have a positive and can-do attitude

- Not afraid to fail and try new ideas

- Work with high standards & constantly improve your craft

- Be eager to learn new things




About Compensation:

- Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
- We pay bonuses for great work
- We give pay increases based on performance
- We pay 13th Month Bonus
