Who are we?
TALKBOTH is a 4 years old online Language education & talking service provider in China, we spent more time tutoring the education institution directly instead of spreading to the whole network and receive limited feedback. We tailor the book and aim the right person or group in China who willing to receive the online education experience. TALKBOTH intends to change the conventional teaching model in the school.
What do we require from you? (English)
• Eligible to work in your country
• A fluent verbal English and fully understand the English culture
• You have the enthusiasm to teach Kids/students online whose second language is English
• A station (desktop/laptop) with stable power, internet to use the zoom
• Will to try online tutoring experience (homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring or other life experiences is preferred)
• Lots of patience
• Behavior under the school regulations and management, aiming the goal with good teaching quality
More preferred? (but not essential)
• A teaching qualification (in any subject or ESL) is preferred, but not essential
• Experience of teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and/or an ESL qualification.
• Teaching qualifications in any subject.
• Experience tutoring online
• Experience working with young children
• Being skilled at entertaining kids: being silly, funny, and behaving like a kid
What is the job?
• Provide available time to the system so the booking platform can use them as available time for students
• Pre-study textbook and tutor 1-to-1 online classes based on textbooks
• Conduct the lesson and improve the kid’s English
• Review the class and write comments for the kids
Working hours?
You decide your available time to the system, no minimum hours provided to the website per week.

• Base rate (min USD$5 per hour)
• Achievement Completion Bonus (for class)
