JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate/ Mortgage Office looking for General Virtual Admin Assistant
Phone Customer Service

• Direct Hires Only - No Agencies
• 40 hrs per week (Full Time)
• 20 hrs per week (Part Time)
• Can start immediately
• Has and will work US hours (Central Time) (Graveyard shifts)
• Stable internet connection 20mbps or higher with backup
• $2.50-$3.50 Per Hr US
• $450-$550 US per month as a starting pay (Full Time)
• $250-$300 US per month as a starting pay (Part Time)
• Increase after 2 months
* Possible bonuses

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be English Proficient
• Office administration and technology proficiency
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Understanding of real estate sales and client relationship management
• Experience with CRM programs
• Organized and Flexible

General Virtual Administrative Assistant - DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Clearing and Fixing Bad emails
• Realtor Research
• Setting Up Realtors on Reffinity (Salesforce Program)
• Client/Contact Update requests
• Data Management - Cleaning and fixing data - Looking for errors
• Researching and Mailing - Birthday Cards, Anniversary cards, closing anniversaries.
• Adding Closed clients to FB and doing social media
• Event Planning and Follow-up
• Make Screencast videos of all tasks performed
• Make PowerPoint presentations
