Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans

Job Responsibilities:
Create and develop high quality 360 3D models for all project requirements
Create walkthrough video (Video Animation) for project requirements
Create VR compatible videos
Coordinate with design team (designers & architects ) for project requirements
Assist with graphic design requirements
Research, recommend and develop improvements incorporate 3D presentation system
Research, recommend and develop improvements incorporate 3D walk through
Responsible to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in producing high quality architectural & interior still images and animations.
Expert in use of the following software: 3Ds Max / Sketch up / Rhino / Lumion / Maya / Vray / AutoCAD / Photoshop / Illustrator and any other graphics or rendering software.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Able to work under minimal supervision and ability to manage multiple projects with a quick turnaround time.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Highly professional, organized and punctual.
Hands on person with a positive team attitude.
Access to personal computer & high-speed internet
Must be available between 6am - 10am PH Time (M-F), flexible hours for the remaining 4 hours.
