Virtual Assistant

Global Ecomm Group is seeking a virtual assistant to manage 2 e-commerce stores. Has previous experience with managing daily operations.


Requirements

- [ ] Must work on USA ET time, from 9 am to 5 pm
- [ ] Must verify its time with Timeproof
- [ ] Fluent in English, both written and speaking.
-[] Have worked with Shopify and is familiar with the platform.
- Keyword research skills and understanding of SEO.

Daily operations

- [ ] Answering Chat and emails.
- [ ] Answering Phone Calls to help customers with questions or buy products.
- [ ] Updating website inventory and making sure products are updated as needed per vendor reports.
- [ ] Full filling orders (sending the order, requesting tracking, coordinate shipping company if applies, ensuring the item is delivered without issues, making claims if applies when lost in transit)
- [ ] Follow up with abandoned cart customers via phone call, email, and SMS.
- [ ] Helping customers with returns and making sure policies are being met
- [ ] Updating website inventory as needed per vendor reports. Also making sure all products are up to date and the store is not selling outdated products.
- [ ] Optimizing Upgrade to see actual infoscriptions are as clear as possible, with no grammar errors and easy Upgrade to see actual infocluding videos, images, and linking related products within the website
- [ ] Uploading products for new vendors
- [ ] Research new vendors and developing product categories to offer the most amount of options to our clients.
- [ ] Planning yearly promotions and creating offers for specific products.

Additional tasks may be required.
