Web Designer/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented part-time (potentially full-time) UX designer/web designer.

What you do:

- UX/UI concept for website redesigns and new conversion-optimized landing pages in Adobe XD (Please see the kind of landing page concepts that we would expect from you -> Upgrade to see actual info)
- Quality assurance that design work consistently meets the established client’s brand guidelines
- Adapting new design trends and pushing the limits on each new design
- Digital optimization as well as retouching of images/graphics
- Basic knowledge of WP and page builders like Elementor

What you have:

- High proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or similar design programs
- A high degree of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail with an excellent understanding of branding, layout, and typography
- Advanced knowledge of conversion principles in web design
- High passion for beautiful design and digital trends
- Team-oriented and keen to support people to the best of your ability
- Effective time management and capable of meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
