The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, detail oriented, self motivated, experienced digital marketer who will thrive on fast changing priorities & working to tight deadlines. This role is working closely with the founder of the company & there will also be some other ad-hoc administrative director support duties required outside of marketing.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
Marketing:
Create & managing a high number digital marketing campaigns each month from start to finish preparing content via newsletter, multiple social media channels, blog posts & Pinterest
Preparing brand aligned graphics appropriately sized for each marketing channel using Canva Pro
Preparation and scheduling of broadcast marketing newsletters in
Preparing and monitoring automated e-commerce flows in Klaviyo
Scheduling social media posts across
Creation of blog posts using a Wordpress plugin for the website news feed
Creation of engaging pins for Pinterest writing descriptions using keyword tools to grow traffic and generate revenue
Responding to customer queries & comments received through social media channels.
Preparing & monitoring
Reporting & analysis of marketing statistics.
Preparing of blog posts using a Wordpress Magento extension
Other Ad-hoc Administration:
Preparing purchase orders
Creation of website products when required
Replacement of poor quality product images with properly sized & scaled images
Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Creation of reports
Essential Skills
Fluent in English - written & spoken
1+ Experience of creating images in Canva, Photoshop or similar
1+ Experience of using a social media management
Experience of using platforms such as Hootsuite, CoSchedule or similar.
1+ years experience using an
Proven record of outstanding attention to detail.
Working knowledge of spreadsheets.
Administrative Experience - 2 years +
Confident communications skills - we encourage you to communicate with the directors daily and report any issues or problems so they can be easily resolved
Have reliable internet connection and your own computer
General computer literacy including, Google Drive, G Suite, Microsoft - 2 years+
Desirable Skills
Experience of using Asana
Experience of Magento 2
Experience of creating blog posts in
Working Hours
Full time - 40 hours per week
Working time can be flexible but 3-4 hours must overlap UK time. We require this to be consistent Monday-Friday. Other hours can be flexible.
