Medicare Telemarketing

I am looking to grow my insurance agency. To do this I am looking to hire 1 to 2 telemarketers to make phone calls and set appointments for me to talk with American seniors who are currently enrolled in a Medicare Supplement plan, and seniors who are enrolling in Medicare for the first time.

You will need:

1.Laptop or desktop
2.Good internet (at least over 3mpbs)
3.USB headset

Preferences but not required: Experience in Telemarketing and/or Medicare Telemarketing

Job Description 2 different types of calls:

1) Existing Medicare Supplement Plan: You would be using an online calling software to call on Seniors over the age of 67 to find out if they have a Medicare Supplement Plan and gathering the information and booking them a time in my calendar.

2) Newly Eligible for Medicare Seniors: You will be using online calling software to call on Seniors who are 64, or just turned 65 and need to enroll in Medicare for the first time and gathering the information and booking them a time in my calendar.

Hours: 4 to 8 hours per day Monday through Friday from 10 P.M. to 7 A.M. your time.. Depending on performance and desire to work, I am willing to hire full time. I will have scripts for you to use..

Pay: $2 per hour to start, this can go up depending on performance. I will also pay a bonus of $5 per appointment that leads to a sale. If you are interested in this opportunity, I would love to chat and discuss more..
