Excellent administrative assistant needed to aid a Los Angeles real estate investment and brokerage office in:
1. Taking maintenance calls from tenants and following them through to completion.
2. Calling and qualifying rental prospect leads
3. Keeping track of accounts receivables and following up on tenants behind in rent.
4. Drafting up 3-day notice pay or quits, 60- and 90-day notices, unlawful detainers.
5. Initiate e-filing of court documents and setting up process service of documents.
6. Stay up to date in latest procedures and and programs available for Los Angeles County Section 8 Programs, as well as other programs for helping low-income renters
7. Stay up to date with California real estate laws.
8. Set up automated bill pay.
9. Completing documents needed in starting new Section 8 tenancy, ie. Rental Agreement, Request for Tenancy Approval etc.
10. Keeping Google Calendar updated with recurring annual events, as well a as short term deadlines and appointments
11. Post rental listings
I need someone with very high attention to detail and initiative.
