JOB OVERVIEW

We formally don’t have a job title for this position, as we needed to have some type of title. We are looking for someone who can read online articles, do some research, take concepts, and simplify them both officially and in writing. This would be an ideal job for online tutors, grade school teachers, junior high teachers, senior high teachers, or university instructors but the position is open to many backgrounds, as it requires adaptability, simplicity, critical thinking, open sharing, collaboration, resourcefulness, and a love of Upgrade to see actual infoe below for the actual types of responsibilities and projects in which you will engage. This represents the culture of our unique organization. We really are looking for dedicated and sharp talent for a mutually beneficial relationship. Read below to see if you have what it takes to join our team.

Simplify and Visualize
1. Simplify. You will be able to take articles and be able to simplify them as if you were explaining them to eight-year-olds.
2. Visualize. This would involve taking common diagram types, such as quadrants, spectrums, hierarchies, Venns, process flows, and other visuals that even eight-year-olds can understand.
3. Condense. Locate quantitative data, basically short soundbites of data, that would be easily understood by an eight-year-old in one or two sentences. Just think about how media articles take research studies and can make a quantitative headline with a statistic. This relates to how we simplify articles and other materials.
4. Aggregate Advice. You will take multiple articles and aggregate key tips, advice, and other insights in order to prioritize and produce practical, useful tips for learners.
5. Create Discussion Upgrade to see actual infoom these very same pieces of content, you will create discussion questions that will be used by adult professional learners. This will spark discussion and activities by these learners.
6. Design Beautiful Graphics & Animations. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have any design experience or knowledge of Photoshop. If you’re willing to learn, we definitely want to give you the training needed. Envision taking those visuals and diagrams mentioned earlier and transforming them into simplified, yet aesthetically beautiful tools that the learners will use.

Research
1. Conduct Web Searches. Find articles related to the above topics and locate soundbites within them. Then this loops back into the duties mentioned above in the simplify and visualize section.
2. Develop. Create simple, easy-to-understand surveys that will be implemented too busy working professionals who need to be able to complete the surveys very quickly. This takes critical thinking and brainstorming on what the goals and objectives are of the survey, including how the data will be used. Don’t worry we can teach you and train you, as long as you’re willing to learn and stretch yourself.
3. Write Up and Summarize. You just need to summarize the key bullets. This doesn’t take any deep research writing or flowery, fluffy creative writing. We just need clear, concise, and straightforward bullets written in a simplified way. Again just like how an eight-year-old would understand the results. A clear and organized mind and approach, along with critical thinking are what you need most.

Manage Timelines and Logistics for Leadership Classes
1. Follow Timelines. We have key timelines and processes to follow, which makes it very turnkey and clear to help you run classes. This includes managing our faculty who teach these courses, sharing flyers and other course information with our partners and potential students, ensuring materials and meals are properly ordered for the classes, as well as other related tasks to make it easy for the customer and students.
2. Be Customer-Friendly. Some people take serving the customer for granted. We believe in service with a smile and making the customer happy. Go beyond serving them, delight them.

Learn and Improve
1. Learn. Are you someone who really wants to learn continuously? Do you enjoy reading off the clock and on your own time? Do you invest in yourself? Do you like to learn about topics that stretch your thinking, such as leadership development, Behavioral and social sciences, economics, business, and other types of professional development? Then you will fit right in and enjoy this job!
2. Improve Processes. As part of continuous learning (we are learning company after all), you have the opportunity to reflect upon, brainstorm, share insights, and ask questions in order to improve our existing processes. And you may even get to develop a few processes that our organization may truly need. Either way we like to keep everything we do simple. Always remember the eight-year-old rule. Treat even the most nuanced and sophisticated Concepts so simple that you can teach it to an eight-year-old.

Shift Duties and Evolve
• Evolve. As our organization evolves, your projects and duties will evolve as well. We will guide you through this process, as change takes time and effort. Are you willing to continuously improve and evolve with us? Then apply and be the change that we both want.
