Creative KDP Cover or T-Shirt Designer | Full Time | Long term

Hello,
we are a european based, T-shirt Brand called “PolygonNerd” , and we on the market
for over 10 years and sold more than over “5000” t-shirts worldwide.

As business is increasing we are seeking for 3 new employees to join our young and
creative team.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:

- Full Time Designer (15 hours / week later 25 to 40 hours) for a long business relationship
- You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a Pen!
(Which means you can draw) :-)
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
- Knowledge in Trademark (Don’t DO Batman Shirts :-) )
- Google Drive and Trello (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
- Good English Communication

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:

- Fixed Weekly or Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
(Individual salary depending on YOU) for example monthly salary
can go from $300 to $350 depending on the work. We will pay for each design $2 with increasing performance of course also gladly more
- Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)
- For the training in the business system, we provide videos
- Easy communication via skype, Slack, FB Messenger, Google Drive or any medium you prefer

ONLY THE 3 BEST WILL WIN:

As we only want the best designers out there for our business - we will do a little competition
for this job.

If you made it to the next round we will sent you 3 links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to
create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be
given).

The 3 best designers that are entering this job competition are going to win the job and will
be working for us! :-)
