Social Media Customer Support Assistant (Pinterest Expert)

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Social Media tasks specific to Pinterest:

- Plan, implement, execute and monitor activities regarding the increase of traffic on the company's sites using
Tailwind for specific Pinterest accounts.
- Posting 10 - 20 pins daily for each account.
- Creating 10 - 15 pins daily in Canva for each Pinterest account that uses Tailwind.
- Weekly research time for updates regarding design and trends, taking notes about the findings.
- Generating weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist in posting content articles to the appropriate website by :
> Using Wordpress, Thrive Architect/other Thrive themes.
> Updating articles with backlinks, YouTube videos, and relevant images for embellishment.

Customer Support tasks:

- Handles all customer service emails and social media messages.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email using Freshdesk and various social media platforms.
- Maintains customer database.
- Creates customer service response templates to be used in emails and Amazon Seller Central for customer inquiries.
- Alerts team leader of any customer issues that need urgent resolution.

Requirements:
1. Intermediate to advanced spoken and written English
2. Advance experience in Tailwind and Pinterest
3. Experience in using Canva and Wordpress
4. Very organized in managing multiple Pinterest accounts and customer reports
5. Attention to detail such as product accuracy, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
