REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER

We are looking for an experienced real estate cold caller to generate leads by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for contacting and vetting homeowners to find motivated sellers. A successful cold caller must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to identify motivated sellers in a short time and present solutions and set appointments. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to identify and set appointments with motivated sellers.
