MVP Mailhouse’s flagship product is direct mail marketing with unexpectedly advanced technology. We track all the phone calls and new customer conversations that our marketing campaigns generate for our customers and help them use that data to increase performance. We have started offering digital ad campaigns on Google and Facebook to help our customers maximize their growth.

MVP Mailhouse uses proprietary technology including native mobile and web-based applications to make our customer experience more streamlined and effective and to help practices achieve their growth goals.

TEAM: CLIENT SUCCESS and FULFILLMENT
The Client Success and Fulfillment team is in charge of planning and executing all of our customers’ marketing campaigns, both offline and online. This team makes sure that each campaign is carefully planned, coordinated, and delivered using MVP’s proprietary tools to make sure customers get the best results possible.

Position: DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR
We’re hiring a digital marketing expert with years of experience planning and executing digital campaigns that get measurable results. This internal agency director will be responsible for developing a digital ads playbook that can be used for any customer. You need to be comfortable with both hands-on campaign execution and training others to do the same.

You’ll work closely with our founders to incorporate MVP’s years of proven analytics and measurement into digital marketing.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive years of hands-on experience in digital marketing field; we prefer a candidate who has an ad agency experience managing lots of campaigns for lots of customers
- Experienced in handling marketing campaigns and developing growth strategies for local businesses such as those of dentists, doctor and, lawyers among others
- Confident in leading, training, and building teams
- Comfortable in using various CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Marketing automation skills is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing product
- Develop scalable processes to execute digital marketing campaigns
- Train others to execute digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize and keep campaigns up to date through performance analysis, ads testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, and landing page testing
- Monitor new and present market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

DETAILS:
Status: Full-time (~40 hrs per week)
Work hours: US business hours (PH night shift)
Location: Virtual team (work from home)
