JOB OVERVIEW

FirstInField is a fast-growing Cloud Video Collaboration company with customers located in Australia and New Zealand. We are looking to add an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to our team. This is a critical role for FirstInField and you will help shape the growth of the company, we need a Rockstar!

- You will have direct inputs into how we shape onboarding of customers, handling tickets, supporting customers and we definitely want someone who is ambitious and wants to progress in the company

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage and support portfolio of customers.
-Create quarterly customer reviews, complete projects with customers, conduct one to one or team training via video, ensure the customer is being delivered first class support.
-Be part of the sales process near when the customer will sign off on an agreement.
-Conduct platform and product demonstrations.
-Report all activity within our CRM Hubspot
-Meet targets for both KPI’s and upsell and cross sell.
-Work with others in the team to build new products, improve support, build out FAQ’s.
-Work with our partner vendors to build your knowledge to better support customers.
-Ensure customer account and billing information is in order.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Has 2+ years experience in Customer Success Management
- Speak excellent English
- Energetic and have a great attitude
- Persistent
- Motivated to resolve ticket within the time limit
- Intermediate understanding of CRMs (Hubspot)
- Be a true team player
