Scientific Salesperson Wanted To Experiment With Various Sales Methods And Processes

We need a Scientific Salesperson, not just a normal Salesperson.

We need someone to test out various sales methods, processes, and strategies to find the optimums for different products and services.

Also, can we use the same processes and techniques to sell 1 item, 10 items, 1,000 items, etc.?

And do the systems work to sell a variety of products, services, intangibles, financial instruments, etc.?

As the Scientific Salesperson for the company you will be responsible for finding out the answers to these many other such questions.

While you will be given some base materials to work with such as: scripts, processes, target markets, etc. and some products to start the tests, you will also be responsible for assisting us in further developing the things we sell and the systems we use to sell them.

We also want to experiment with different methods of compensation and payment methods and structures.

How would you like to be compensated and why?

Pay is negotiable depending on your experience and on how well and how expeditiously you get things done. Bonuses, perks and raises are handed out at appropriate milestones.

We pay more for good results.

This is a full-time permanent position and specialized training is provided.

You are expected to have a base understanding of experimental methodology, sales systems and techniques, human psychology, and be able to learn new things fairly quickly.

You should also be fluent in English: reading, writing, and speaking.

You would be expected to provide daily commits and progress reports.

So you have to have a reliable, fast internet connection, as well as a good computer with an up-to-date browser.
