JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Ideally, we need someone who is super organized, tech-savvy and able to communicate through multiple channels. Working remotely, you will need to perform a variety of administering tasks that will require primarily a strong internet connection along with communication tools like Upgrade to see actual infotails of the Job:
1. Database building, data entry, and updates
2. Launching and maintaining cloud computing accounts (Dropbox, OneDrive)
3. Composing documents from drafts and dictations
4. Proofreading documents and other materials
5. Take notes or transcribe voicemails, video or audio, and meeting recordings
6. Prepare and create materials as needed; research materials for presentations
7. Researching & compiling information into documents
8. Editing videos with animation and texts (we'll give you an audio file and ask you to create a video that match the content of the audio file, which is usually in the education realm)

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
2. Experience with Google Docs, cloud services and other technology tools
3. Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
4. Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
5. Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
6. Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
7. Self-directed and able to work without supervision
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Video editing ability; and able to give specifications of previous video editing experience
